Project description:

The Canadian High Arctic research Station (CHARS) is a centre for science and technology in the Canadian North, located in Cambridge Bay, Nunavut. With the goal of becoming a world-class institute for science and learning, the federally funded station aims to engage the local Inuit community, integrating cultural knowledge with cutting-edge technology. The centre will house advanced laboratories, workshops, and a knowledge sharing centre. These will promote and preserve the local culture and engage scientists from around the world. ART Engineering Inc. was retained by Ottawa Valley Solar to provide structural engineering consulting services, making possible the integration of solar panels as an alternative source of energy for farms, residences, and commercial institutions.

Concrete mix design.

Filed maintenance stair towers and QVE.

Piling shop drawings reviews.

Foundation wall shoring.

Slab formwork designs.
